The storyboard section of my module took longer than expected, this was due to the thought that was going into each frame. I wanted to have a semi-flexible time restriction, musical notes, animation notes and a description. This along with the actual rough sketching of the shot. When I say rough i mean rough! But this is the way I love to throw my ideas down onto a page before they run away with no trace of ever being around. Some call it napkin sketching but I like to call it - Beclouded visions of the mind.
So here is the storyboard in three parts - Act 1, 2 and 3
I also was pressed for time being as though I needed to ship these off to my sound designer to create a soundtrack for.
I didn't really enjoy creating the storyboard as its not where my heart lies in the process, but I did realise and learn some valuable and crucial aspects of my story and script that will help me shape my animation into a more resolved and believable piece.
In the near future once the sets are all built for my animation I will do a second storyboard with the character rigs to get a better shot framing visualisation and an all round clearer storyboard.
